1. Shipping Timeframes We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed and confirmed. Please note that orders placed after 11:00 PM may be processed on the next business day. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination address. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.

2- Shipping rates will be calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.

3- Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

4- Order Changes/Cancellations If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating your shipping address or canceling your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
